Barbara Wentroble & the Apostolic Council of International Breakthrough Ministries

Barbara Wentroble is gifted as a strong apostolic leader with a powerful prophetic anointing. Her pioneering spirit is evident through her apostolic prophetic teaching and impartation that releases God’s purposes.

Nations are significantly impacted as Barbara ministers to leaders and churches. She travels extensively conducting leadership conferences with an emphasis on releasing the prophetic and apostolic anointings in cities and regions. With former pastoral experience alongside her husband Dale, Barbara has clarity and understanding of the authority and functioning of the local church.

Barbara is the author of Prophetic Intercession (Renew Books), A People of Destiny (Wagner Publications), You Are Anointed (Renew Books) and a contributing author of Women’s Destiny Bible (Thomas Nelson). Barbara is President and Founder of Wentroble Christian Ministries. She is also the Founder of International Breakthrough Ministries (IBM), an apostolic network of ministers and business related leaders. Barbara is a member of the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders and the International Coalition of Apostles. C. Peter Wagner is the presiding apostle of these organizations. She serves on the boards of several ministries including the Federation of Ministries and Churches, an international, apostolic network for churches and leaders. She and Dale serve as apostolic leaders of Glory of Zion Outreach in Denton, Texas, where they are members. 

Barbara is a registered nurse, has a BA from Christian Life, and she received her

Doctor of Practical Ministry through Wagner Leadership Institute.

Al Houghton of Word at Work Ministries 

Al is gifted as a teacher with a strong anointing as a prophet with a passion for integrity.  He currently resides in Yorba Linda, California with his wife Jayne. They have three grown children.

Al Houghton grew up in a small town in Missouri. He graduated from the university of Missouri at Columbia, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. After graduation, he joined the navy to become a pilot, flying one hundred and sixty-one combat reconnaissance missions during the Vietnam War. He left the military to fly commercially, but God dramatically intervened calling him into ministry.

In 1975, he moved to Southern California to attend seminary and earned a Master of Divinity Degree in theology. Immediately upon graduation, the Lord instructed him to start a teaching ministry and live by faith.

The teaching ministry began in home Bible studies, but grew to occupy other facilities, like Mott Auditorium on the campus of the U.S. Center for World Missions in Pasadena, where Al taught for ten years.

1984-1987 marked a transition as God added a prophetic touch to the teaching ministry. Doors opened in other nations and Al began to minister at International Leadership Conference.

Al has authored four books, Power of Agreement, The Blessings of Diligence, Purifying the Altar, and Marked Men.   Altar and Marked Men.

Greg Daley - International Fellowship of Ministers & the Seattle Revival Center

Greg is anointed as powerful fivefold evangelist who moves in signs and wonders.  In recent years he has also been functioning as a pastor and a teacher.  Greg and his wife Mary have been married since 1977 and make their home in Kent, Washington. Greg received the baptism in the Holy Spirit and the call to preach the gospel when he was 27. He has served in the Body of Christ in various capacities including Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor.

In 1994 Greg received a fresh baptism of fire taking him to other nations and to local churches here in the states bringing the current renewal of the Holy Spirit. God has used Greg in the marketplace to bring not just information but a demonstration of the gospel.  He has a heart to see the Body of Christ activated to reach out to the community and the marketplace bringing the message of salvation in practical ways as well as with the demonstration of signs and wonders.

Greg has a call to shepherd ministers into their calling and into maturity of love and servant hood.
