The purpose of WMI's Spiritual War College is to do our part in preparing leaders and saints in the body of Christ for the heavenly conflict in these last days.  The primary focus of this college is to equip leaders (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, elders, deacons, watchmen, intercessors, Christians who are business leaders, government leaders, professionals etc) in the apostolic reformation and to assist the body of Christ to connect in cities together around the world.  This is accomplished through CONECT which stands for the Christian Outreach Network Establishing City-wide Teamwork.  

There are three ways to implement CONECT.  First, a church or a city can host a CONECTing the Church Conference.  This is the fastest way to build momentum to impact your church and city.  The second way best way is to enroll in our Spiritual War College.  The final way is to simply buy the books, pray and obey.

What is unique about our approach?

We combine principles with some practical tools (CONECT) and equip leaders to seek the Lord for the strategy that is appropriate for their specific situation.  By doing so a local context for your training that can directly benefit your local church, organization or the church in your city.   This is done by providing the training while at the same time having the leaders and their people work on a project which assists leaders in applying the first principle of corporate spiritual warfare which is the principle of objective.  This is the first step for any strategic leader. 

By providing the training in this context, people are activated, teamwork is built, communication improved the church (the people) are strengthened, and the leaders are better equipped to seek the Lord for the appropriate strategy for their situation.  What is our motive?  It is to see the church fulfill Ephesians 3:10 which is to show forth the manifold wisdom of God to principalities and powers.  To do this the church and her leaders must be taught to know war.

Judges 3:1-3  Now these are the nations which the LORD left, that He might test Israel by them, that is, all who had not known any of the wars in Canaan 2(this was only so that the generations of the children of Israel might be taught to know war, at least those who had not formerly known it), 3 namely, five lords of the Philistines, all the Canaanites, the Sidonians, and the Hivites who dwelt in Mount Lebanon, from Mount Baal Hermon to the entrance of Hamath.

Several years ago I attended the Naval War College.  S.B. Luce was the founder of the Naval War College.  In June 1903 he said the purpose of the college:

"is to enable officers to prepare themselves for the hour of conflict that the college has been opened.  He who waits for war to learn his profession often acquires his knowledge at a frightful cost of human life."

To wage war, we must understand our enemy and ourselves in order to devise an appropriate strategy to win.  Just as the Lord in the Old Testament gave the land to the children of Israel, they still had to go in and possess it.  In this day and age Jesus Christ has already won the victory, but we are responsible to possessing it and expressing it on this earth today.

We are currently offering a total of 4 courses.  Each course can be taken individually or if you are seeking to become a Certified CONECTer/Communication Center Coordinator then you will be taking all three courses. (If you would like to see the requirements to become a CONECTer or a Communication Center Coordinator then click CONECT Organization.)  Our mission is to disciple or mentor a Communication Center Coordinator in each local church and a CONECTer in each city who chooses to implement CONECT.  If you will, this is a “train the trainer” course.
